The Danfoss 023Z5009 is a hermetic liquid-line filter/drier designed for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, combining solid-core moisture and acid removal in a steel housing with ½″ flare (12 mm) inlet/outlet connections.Its core uses 80% molecular sieve and 20% activated alumina, giving strong drying and acid-adsorption capacity. The drier handles a maximum working pressure of 46 bar (~667 psi) and is compatible with a wide range of refrigerants (HFCs, HCFCs, some HFOs) including R134a, R404A, R407C/R410A, and others — making it suitable for modern HVAC/R systems.
