It is an electric expansion valve (type Danfoss ETS 50) designed for refrigeration / HVAC‑R systems to precisely regulate refrigerant flow.

Inlet/outlet connections are solder‑type (ODF), with inlet size 1 1/8″ and outlet size 1 3/8″.

Supports a wide range of refrigerants (e.g. R134a, R22, R404A/R507, R407C, R410A, many more) and handles a maximum working pressure of up to about 45.5 bar (≈ 660 psi).

Operates with a DC drive voltage (approx. 11.5–13.8 V DC) and uses a bi‑polar stepper motor, with enclosure rated to IP67 for protection in demanding environments.
