The 5069‑OB16 is a 16‑channel sourcing (DC) digital output module — used to drive actuators, relays, lamps, solenoids, or other field devices from a Allen-Bradley PLC system.

It supports 10–32 V DC (nominal 24 V DC) output voltage, with each channel rated for 0.5 A resistive output, and the module can deliver up to 8 A total across all channels.

It offers fast switching — typical output delay ≤ 100 µs and minimum pulse width of 200 µs (at 0.5 A).

Built‑in diagnostics and protections include short‑circuit and overload detection, open‑load detection, over‑temperature detection, reverse‑polarity protection, and status LEDs for module and individual channel state.
