The 068‑2007 is an orifice assembly (size “04”) used with Danfoss thermostatic expansion valves of the T2 / TE2 series — it controls the liquid refrigerant flow into the evaporator according to load.

It’s compatible with a wide range of refrigerants (e.g. R134a, R22, R404A/R507, R407C, etc.) and when matched properly can handle refrigeration capacities roughly in the range of ≈ 6.7 kW (≈ 1.9 TR) for R134a (evaporating at a common condition).

The orifice assembly is designed for flare‑type (SAE) connections and operates over a typical temperature rating of about –40 °C to +10 °C (evaporating‑side nominal range) for “Range N” applications.
