The MP55 060B017066 is a differential‑pressure (oil/refrigerant) safety switch with adjustable differential range of 0.3 to 4.5 bar (≈ 4.3–65 psi), used mainly to protect compressors — e.g. by switching off if oil (or refrigerant) pressure differential becomes unsafe.

It features a SPDT contact output, with contact rating around 2 A at 250 V AC (or lower for DC), and uses a 1/4‑inch male flare (or solder/ODF depending version) pressure connection.

Designed for refrigeration / HVAC systems (compatible with many common refrigerants), the switch has a manual reset function, can operate over a wide ambient temperature range (≈ –40 °C to +60 °C), and supports a maximum working pressure up to about 17 bar (test pressure ~22 bar).
